A friend of mine got one of these fancy strollers. Honestly, last week was the first time I saw one in person. Then I read this article today about it. What a coincidence!

Admittedly, I didn't fully test it but it felt really solid (and kind of heavy while I moved it in and out of the trunk). I particularly like the swivel which allows the baby to face forward, backward or sideways. We were having lunch outdoors and my friend could easily adjust the seat to block out the sunlight without moving the stroller in an already tight space.
