how much solid food per meal?
at almost eight months, my son eats 2 solid meals per day. one in the early morning, and one in the afternoon. i serve him 2 kinds of cereal in 3/4 cup total per day, and 1-2 spoonful of pureed fruit in the morning, and about 1/3 jar of level 2 vegetable baby food in the afternoon. am i serving him enough fruit and vegetable? or should i decrease the amount of cereal for more fruit and vegetable? thanks. |

weaning and pumping
i have been nursing my son, Brandon, since his birth. he is almost eight months now. he has pretty much weaned himself from the breasts, but i would like to continue to bottle feed him with breast milk until he is a year old. how often should i pump during the day in order to maintain my milk supply? and do i gradually decrease the time i pump when he gets close to 1 year old so i can smoothly … |

I know there's GGMG, BMC, PAMP, BPN, and more acronyms of parents group than I can name here, but as much as I love GGMG and I truly do love it, I really believe there's a need for a Bay Area parents group.
